Thanks Dave. That's what I meant by being accretive in this quarter.
It'll be harder to meet estimates if it doesn't close by tomorrow. Trick is, they could announce after the close. If you get out before the close, you could miss out Monday. If you hang on and find out after the close that it didn't happen, there's gonna be a sell-off and a lower open Monday. As Tim L. said, the deal itself will not be off, just this quarter's chances of a bonus.
