20k will need 1. resilient markets in Europe and North America and 2. continuing recovery in the Far Eastern markets (Last night Singapore showed that it, too, is waking up). I admit another 3k hike in 8 months is ambitious - about 18% - and many things have to go right. However for the time being I'm sticking to it.
