("USATalks") and IntelliNet, L.P., an affiliate of The InterBank Companies, ("IntelliNet"), today announced signing a letter of intent that will allow IntelliNet to market USATalks.com's flat-rate long distance service products nationwide in exchange for IntelliNet's providing USATalks additional growth capital to fund the expansion of its national Internet telephone network. Under the terms of the letter of intent, IntelliNet will arrange lease financing of up to $20 million that will be used by USATalks to facilitate the accelerated build-out of its national Internet telephone network. Closing is expected to occur during the second quarter.
