Ask management if it is standard procedure for company executives to sign an 'interim' agreement with no due-diligence clause before it's technical people have had a chance to complete their evaluation so that no matter what the technical people's conclusions are they have no chance to back out of the deal!

Projections now are for lower gold prices than the current $283/oz. If you think prices are going back above $300 I wish you luck!

Barrick have sold forward gold from their other projects but not this one, which would be sold forward at about $283/oz.

These don't matter as much as the viability of the project. Why don't you ask Barrick to give you detailed figures of grades, strike length, mining plunge, tonnage, mining widths, and costs of mining, milling, and overhead?

Investors deserve a full accounting of this project but management are not releasing any information! Why?
