I just called the company and spoke to Anthony Papalia (604/662-3667).
He told me that first quarter results would come out over next few weeks (I guess they have until May 15th according to SEC rules). Also they are working on audited financials in order to become a reporting company.

As for "Kaiden, SA", he told me that "Kaiden, SA" is a European company. He also said that he had never heard of Martin Kaiden.
