Fred-

Again I appreciate your level-headedness. I too trust Cowell and his decisions because I base them on the past decisions he has made which have benefitted shareholders greatly.

I'm amazed that even the most staunch USRX supporters have gone so negative. They are disappointed at how USRX stock is now linked to COMS stock by the merger. I view this as a positive. COMS stock has been beaten down badly and is poised for a rally (Briefing.com words). This in turn will push USRX higher. I believe the present market conditions are bearish for the networking sector and that has been the cause fotr the slump in both stocks. Even though COMS warned about earnings they also said they had a great January. Could they know something we and the analysts don't? Of course and this is why the merger took place. It is their job to look 12-48 months ahead, not 12-48 hours like people on this thread. My gut says trust these guys over the long haul.

Any comments welcome.
