What I find very exciting about the digital VCR is that I believe they will come down the cost curve extraordinarily quickly due to the large market and the fact that they incorporate disk drives and computer chips which have already moved down those cost curves. There should be little in the way of a learning curve, only increasing capacity and competition which will drive down prices rapidly. -Z
