Timothy! You laughing at me? LOL DLJ is who I use and you can avoid this BS by simply using limit orders. I do it everytime I trade. My complaints are on heavy days execution is sometimes slow. Been down only twice since I've been with them. Both recently. Maybe being #1 online broker has drawbacks!. See ya.
