Just got off the phone with Kelly at ABFG. He
responded to each and every question that I put
forth to him and here they are.......
1) QUESTION: Did in fact, ABFG or any of it's
officers,employees or related entities get inv-
ited by Al Gore/the White House? President Clin-
ton or anyone else, to make an appearance (for
any reason)at the White House or any other White
House function on Thursday, April 15th?
ANSWER: YES! Ken McCallum is a personal friend
of Al Gore and was able to set up a "PRIVATE" tour
of the White House for which Al Gore was supposed
to attend. Mr Gore was not able to attend due to
scheduling and or involvement with the Kosovo/Serbia
situation. The private tour was given by Al Gore's
personal assistant. This was NOT a public tour!
2) QUESTION: If an invitation was made, what was
it an invitation for?
ANSWER: A PRIVATE tour of the White House with
Al Gore.
3) QUESTION: Was this event or invitation in any way
related to the expected Al Gore endorsement that you
and I discussed on April 15th?
ANSWER: No! The endorsement that ABFG expects
from Al Gore is related to their work in Madagascar
and their technology in mining that allows them to
make bricks out of the processed clay materials that
they are then able to use to rebuild villages and
towns as a part of their deal with the Madagassy
government. This work is currently underway and has
been brought to Al Gore's attention and with his con-
cerns over ecological issues this is where ABFG exp-
ects an endorsement. Three mining companies have
been "expelled" from Madagascar and ABFG has been
granted all rights to mining their previous property.
4) QUESTION: What were the topics of discussion at
this White House event?
ANSWER: NONE - IT was not for that reason.
5) QUESTION: Who(m) exactly was in Washington
D.C. and what was the reason(s) for their stay?
ANSWER: Todd Violett and Gerald Sklar. They were
there specifically to discuss acquisition issues
and to take the private White House tour that
had been set up by Ken McCallum.
6) QUESTION: Who(m) continued on to Israel and why?
ANSWER: No one! Both Todd and Gerald returned to
Calgary after the DC trip. However, 3 days after
returning they departed again for London and then
Tel Aviv on acquisition business.
7) QUESTION: Were there any photographs taken by
ABFG staff or the White House of this visit?
ANSWER: Yes. They are currently redesigning the
website and in the next day or two you will see
a new look with all the photographs taken during
the private tour.
8) QUESTION: When will we see the PR concerning
this trip?
ANSWER: On the website in the next day or two
(after redesign) and references in upcoming PR's.
9) QUESTION: Why haven't we seen any mention of
this trip on the corporate website or in any PR's?
ANSWER: We're waiting for the redesigning of our
website and the completion of the acquistion
team's trip.
10) QUESTION: Do you plan to deal with the allega-
tions that have been made against Mr. Sklar and ABFG
in an open, public fashion?
ANSWER: Yes. ABFG's legal counsel is currently
drafting litigation paperwork against all individuals
and entities that have engaged in the slanderous sta-
tements concerning Mr. Sklar and other individuals
connected with ABFG. This lawsuit will be announced
soon over the corporate website.
11) QUESTION: May I post this information that you
have given me today over the internet? Specifically
The Silicon Investor and Raging Bull boards.
ANSWER: Yes, please do so.
12) QUESTION: What is the progress of the Form
10SB?
ANSWER: The Form 10 has been completed and is
under final review by ABFG's legal counsel. All
Form 10's must be submitted by an independent
auditting entity and we have selected a company
in Denver, CO to provide us with this submission.
We are expecting this process to be completed
very soon.
13) QUESTION: Are there any large investment com-
panies, funds, (etc.) that are currently looking
into investing into ABFG?
ANSWER: Yes, several. We have sent out several
DD packages to corporate entities that have curr-
ently shown interest in ABFG. We are expecting
some very exciting developments soon in this
regard.
Mr. Kelner went on to say....Daniel Miller had
been posting inaccurate information about ABFG
and on several occasions Kelly had tried to
e-mail him, but Mr. Miller had not responded.
He also stated that ABFG will soon be announcing
a rather big acquisition that will add $200,000
per day to their bottomline. They also have a
formal alliance with KANA that is ongoing and
increasing in depth and scope and they are very
much looking forward to the April 21st videocast.
Folks, I have to tell you....I am more confident
now than I have ever been in ABFG's validity and
potential and I believe over the next 1 -2 weeks
ALL your concerns will be satisfied.
As always I will keep you posted on any and all
information that I discover or is relayed to me.
Mr. Kelner has my home office number and will
be in daily contact with me from this point on.
Keep your eyes open - there is much NEWS about
to come forward from this wonderful company.
Kelly also stated that he had just viewed the
final draft of the AD for the Houston Astrodome
that will soon (day or so) appear in right field.
Danny Forigo is handling that issue for ABFG and
will be calling me back with his contact info with
the Astros organization. Again, I will relay this
back to you ASAP.
