Keith: Sorry for the delay in answering was over at the other thread.
GE can still appeal to the S/C but their chances are almost ZERO of
getting a reading. I am not a Lawyer so this is all heresay. FONAR
can go to all these companies that GE sold to and demand Royalities
on the use of the equipment. In turn these companies will turn and
sue GE which could involve Billions of $$$$. MHO is GE will give
FONAR an X amount of dollars not to seek the Royalities thus taking
GE off the hook on the law suits. GE will also give FONAR all
the service contracts and agree to get out of the MRI business. This
will also force Toshiba into a settlement in the next couple of days.
Hearings will start on March 3rd if an agreement is not reached..The
3rd is Monday..Hang on to your hats this could be a FUN Week-end..
