Inc. Sign Contract for Voice over IP
Equipment

CHERRY HILL, N.J., April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Science Dynamics Corporation (OTC Bulletin
Board: SIDY - news) and One Stop. Com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: OSCR - news) have signed a
contract for more than 50,000 lines of gateway equipment (digital telephone ports) to be used to
interconnect OSCR's E1 lines and various global telephone systems. Finalization of the contract is
contingent upon customer approval of an initial installation, The IP telephony system is based on
SIDY's proven Integrator C-2000(TM) Platform. After approval of the installation, which is expected
in the next 30 days, OSCR will make an additional down payment on equipment of $500,000 and will
also invest $250,000 in the private placement of SIDY common stock announced earlier this year.
SIDY expects to begin delivery of IP Telephony products to OSCR late in the second quarter.

''The initial installation will involve setting up gateways enabling callers in the U.S. or foreign countries
access to the public network via an IP link. The Integrator C-2000 series of IP telephony gateway
products include a full web enabled billing system incorporating pre-paid, post paid and rechargeable
calling card features, full open account for business or call center users, all with pin security, fraud
control and multilingual IVR (interactive voice response),'' said Alan C. Bashforth, president of
Science Dynamics.

''We continue to be impressed by the capabilities of the Science Dynamics systems,'' said Israel M.
Rosenfeld, OSCR president and CEO. ''The Science Dynamics' IntegratorC-2000 is an important
component of our plans to develop a series of international IP telephony gateways between major
cities throughout the world and we are looking forward to the completion of the testing of the
Integrator Voice over IP system,'' he added.

OSCR is a developer and marketer of Fast Internet Applications. The Company plans to install
gateways for facsimile and other IP phone services worldwide. It recently announced that it has begun
offering a range of real time fax over Internet services developed by CMR Communications and also
announced an agreement with Access Power, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ACCR - news) of Ponte
