I'm not sure anyone here owes you their homework. I did mine and I decided some time ago to hold. The issues you want to talk about are old news and have been thrashed over on these very boards. Concerns? No kidding. I made some calls and got the answers I needed to make my decision. Maybe you need to do the same. There are reasons this stock sells for 13/32 and there are also reasons it can sell for 10x that but the decision as to whether that can happen is up to you, not us.
