GLENN-This was supposed to be a good day in the tech sector and
the CAVS would get killed by the BULLS. Instead the techs got creamed
and the CAVS beat the BULLS--Go figure--Im sure by now you have had
a chance to digest the various news articles and SI comments as I
have since I returned from the CAVS/BULLS game. Before I left I still
did not understand wall streets reaction. From all Ive read, here is my analysis::
1.Once again the big $$$$$ makes its dramatic moves as momentum players exited the tech stocks.
2.It is pretty much agreed by most of the analysts that this is
a good long term deal.
3.The volitility all revolves around the short term opinions of this
deal: USRX priced too low, bad timing for the merger, and a host of other reasons.
Once the smoke clears,I would hope that Wall Street remembers that it bases its stock prices on future performances and therefore because this is a good long term deal for COMS/USRX, it prices both stocks accordingly.

Heres to a better tommorrow,

AL
