Gary, I don't agree with you that PS4U had any ill intent in this whole thing. I think they genuinely believed that they had found an undiscovered gem. I think what is very clear is that PS4U should have spoken to someone at the company before making the pick. They were actually fortunate that something developed which they had completely not foreseen. This thing could have gone completely under in a bankrupsy or the SEC could have halted trading on the stock because of shenanigans that went on this year. PS4U continues to be optimistic about prospects as an e mail below indicates. I think that this still could develop into something good, but it will take much longer than I had hoped for. Here is PS4U's latest e mail to me about reverse split: <<We mentioned to him last evening that many investors were not happy about the reverse split but we believe that, despite short term volatility, this will not impact the stock negatively for more than a couple of days. Right now, we are waiting on the prelimenary balance sheet to answer a lot of questions. We agree with management that combining the reverse split with the merger will be a good thing in the long term. The Staff of PennyStocks4U.Com
