I saw it dip and got more @ 2.75 ... only 500 :-) But what I did find is a article about Net Access Exchange in guess where ... BUSINESS WEEK!!! Here is the link : businessweek.com Bottom of the second paragraph states, "Now, a couple of new companies are trying again--and this time, they may get it right. NetZero Inc., a Westlake Village (Calif.) startup, has reeled in more than 700,000 customers since it began offering free Net access six months ago. And in July, Dallas-based Net Access Exchange Inc. plans to launch a similar service, Y-Pay." This is CBQI for those that do not know. The article is about Free Internet service like Y-PAY. GB
