Share holders meeting:

I was also there at the meeting. There was no indication that Zitel does not what MD is doing. It was stated that MD should answer question themselves about there business plan.

You said:
<3) They hired a man in Washington who has also been attending the XYZ govt commitee to investigate Y2K.>

So doesn't it mean that Zitel is heading in the right direction to get Govt. contracts.

<<To a question whether the main revenue from Y2K would be from the initial investment by Zitel in mdgm, the answer was yes (contradicting his earlier statements about getting revenue from ZSS)>>.

It was very clearly stated that Zitel is expanding ZSS and expect to generate lot of revune but they definatly want to get good return from their investment in MD by helping them generate more business.
Jack King said that lot of customers have already talked to them.
They also expect revenues from beta customers that they have brought for MD.

I will try to post more points later. But bottom line is every thing that was said point to a huge revenue ramp up.
