Mike,
No, I don't work for anyone. I am self-employed in the computer business, and day trade. There isn't enough money someone could pay me to work for anyone else. I have always been self-employed, and always will.
As far as Web Street, I like them. I have gotten the same message from them, but it definetly isn't two to three times a week. But, I don't care, as long as my system is working right, thats all I care about. If you are having problems, do whatever you have to do to get trading right.
I came on this thread for one reason, to give my experience, NOT to debate anyone elses. I have no idea what your or anyone elses computers are doing, but I see mine and trade on mine often daily. I don't give or have a standard response, I just take care of any problems I come across, and not blame everyone else. I take responsibility for all of my actions. If you want a perfect world, please tell me what brokerage firm that is? There isn't one! All firms are going to improve over time, and this will definetly help all of us day traders. We all are going to experience problems everywhere, so one by one we are going to have to chose what firms we want to do busines with. I chose Web Street at this time, but I am not loyal. I will trade with the firm that I think is the better one, and offers me the criteria of servises I want.
