Jules, you are incorrigible. You must be addicted to Puts. Anyway,
the way the stock has been acting maybe your guess of 1.38 is going to
be correct and your Puts will work out. The whisper number is now
1.42 but I am staying with my guess of 1.41 which is concensus.
I must admit nothing flashy about that call. The weakness may be due
to analysts concerns about the revenue numbers. I think that is the
wild card. But if they are weak, and you are right on your guess of
1.38, and the stock tanks to your projected area of the high 140s,
this entire event will last only a few days at which point you have to
close out your Puts and take the money off the table because the tide
will turn back to the split, Gerstner's analyst meeting, upcoming
product announcements and so on and it will trade back up.
