Slider, On one thing, you and heartily agree. At 18 bucks a barrel, a whole lot of money will get shaken loose from banks, private investors, etc. and really big money will be made in the laggards as they refi. To that end I humbly beseech the noble and illustrious SlideurSurLeNoire to post his 5 top OS laggard picks, and his 5 best E&P laggard picks. I don't mean the ones you consider optionish, but the ones that you consider viable ongoing concerns with a new financial structure. TIA
