Does that mean we always end up at the shorter end of a stick? I certainly hope not, but that certainly seems to be the case right now. I see this swing as a buying opportunity in some techs. If you look at the arguments for the cyclicals moving higher (Brazil and Asia coming back etc.) then that benefits tech too. Just as the cyclicals were too heavily sold off, so will tech. In fact, I think some like JDS Fitel are cheap now. Maybe time to look at AOL etc too.

Do agree that NT is a bargain relative to LU/CSCO, but as my grandfather used to say "When one horse farts, it stinks up the whole barn" (Never thought I'd ever have a chance to use that one but I think it certainly applies today.)
