Derald, RapidFill is a void fill type of package only. You put the plastic bag in a box then put the product in the box close three of the four flaps and fill the plastic with air, then complete closing the box with the fourth flap. In other words you are filling the void around the product with air.

Now the Air Box shrink wraps the product and surrounds the shrink wraped product with air in one piece. RapidFill will not protect a product with multipal pieces.

I think RapidFill is useful for large products, one piece type of things that go in a box.

The Air Box can be used to ship many pieces in one box.

I have a write up from the company on their patents and will post it, sometime this weekend for you.

Yes, this technology looks like it will be useful. MOTs comparison of current packaging and Air Box with a 45% to 55% decrease in packaging costs as well as a 35% decrease in shipping damage certainly will be used. Cutting costs is the name of the game.
