Not being from the video producing and editing industry, I'm not quite clear as to the value of the "Pro" in Final Cut Pro(TM). Does the configuration of Final Cut Pro on a G3 with a digital camera make high quality production possible; say for instance, television production quality?

Does anyone on the thread know the cameras that the "pros" use? Will they be able to make use of Final Cut Pro on a G3, or is this for video hobbyists?

Another question about the software too: Does it require the entire video to be edited from the hard drive? Or does it provide for frame shuttle control of the source player and destination recorder?
