GoNorth, do you feel that the downside is there on BII excluding market conditions? ie if the market was neutral do you still believe that BII would have lots of downside given todays announcement? Or do you mean it still has downside because of todays massive correction in techs? As far as TA goes, my opinion is that it can only reflect current market psychology. It works great as long as you dont have any significant extenuating factors. In this case: market correction and nasdaq are both large enough factors to skew trend prediction. My opinion only. Nasdaq: -130.. I don't think it hit that low even the day that brazil crashed!
