Could be, it will be selected looney issues though. I looked at X's response; I believe that is wrong but I don't have the Fed rules handy. Margin call is not settlement. In any event the brokerage can make whatever inhouse rules they want and if they give you a call tonight and tell you to get cash down there tomorrow you are sunk. -ng-
