Reminds me I have this "chicken little' kind of friend that has always been 'down' on the internets for the past 3 months. He is always warning about the stocks. He warned in January, February and March and now in late April. He never took the plunge and now tht the nets are down today he's all "I told you so"..

But fella you missed hundreds of points of gains from January 1999 that everyone enjoyed. Anyone can say down, down, down enough times and finally he's be right sometimes, but these soothsayers are never around when the market and the nets and techs are up. They wait.. they don't post but when the market is down they come up like cockroaches from the woodwork. They can't trade nor do they dare call 'entries and exits' because they have trouble pulling the trigger and often exit stocks after only 1/2 to 1 point in a panicked frenzy only to have the stocks move tens of points without him or her aboard.

So we do our own DD and don't listen to doom and gloom prophesies or even the reverse... Just know there are many traders envious that some of us have to power to make profitable trades where they are still comtemplating their navels.
