A fair question is, has GN performed in such a fashion as he should merit the payment as proposed? I for one don't know and want an answer. Until that time, my vote is no.

What has he been paid by the co. in the last several years? Is the compensation reasonable?

I believe that a good man is worth his "hire". Is there substantiation? The question is there and an adequate response can be defended I believe, but spell it out.... has performance met or exceeded expectation?.
