Hi Dan,

On the contrary. I think that they want Quest to continue. That means
that there is no cash outlay on their part and they can forcus on the
Indo play. As far as I'm concerned, if the find in good in Indo, the
Idaho play will just be small change. In fact I think it is smart to let
someone else figure out how to get your gold out of our rock at their
expense.

As far as the 100 mil share thing, I didn't hear about it. I was told
the reason that they didn't or should I say are not going to do the
roll back to increase share value, was so that they could do just that.
Have some for PP if they need it and I understand when they get to the
next phase of work they are going to need some bread to develope the
properties.

Oh!!! By the way they called me today. Had a very interesting conversation
with them. Got a boardroom update from them. Some very interesting development
will be taking place that will be very positive for us all. The more I
hear the more this becomes a core holding for the time being. Some of the
info I can and will post and some I was asked not to at this time, but
I will say it is and will be very interesting stuff for you all to digest.

I'm still trying to diseminate it all and as soon as I can arrange it
so I can post it I will. There was so much that I was told I couldn't
take notes fast enough so I kind of scribbled it down in shorthand. Now
I have to try and figure out what I wrote.
