Nice to see some life in this forum ... I agree that we'll be seeing some VERY significant results in the months ahead ... BTW, a SEC schedule 13G was filed by PRTL on 4/5/99 relating to ownership interests in PRTL by a group of investors, including Mr. Soros. I'm not sure if I have read the document correctly, but it seems to say that they are filing to report that their holdings have dropped below 5% of the outstanding shares. This would seem to imply that more shares are being issued, diluting their percentage. But perhaps I am not reading it correctly. Can someone explain the above to a non-attorney lay person? Thanks
