No I don't know if that is necessary but I truly believe it should be. You know IPM went bankrupt while spending lavishly on everything without every having any income. That is one reason I think we have the best chance of success with MGAU, at least they do have some income, and I think Mike is being very conservative in all of MGAU's expenditures.
