We disagree. The ethnic cleansing would've happened with or without the bombing.
And, without the world stepping up and saying "NO", it could've been worse.

You got one thing right at last.

We disagree.

If you have any conception that without the bombing having started, we would see 500,000+ refugees today, and the number of dead and raped and burned villages that we have today, I think you're certifiable.

Even the military leaders agree that the bombing caused Milosovic to accelerate his activities.

Clinton really believed that two days of bombing would bring Milosovic to his knees. Go back and READ what he said 28 or so days ago. Even CNN quoted him as saying that, which means it MUST be true! <g>
