Mindshare Media Corporation Introduces Mindshare Advantage
Next Generation Internet Advertising Management System to be Bundled with WavePhore Digital Broadcast Suite
LAS VEGAS, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Mindshare Media Corporation today announced the introduction of Mindshare Advantage(TM),a next-generation advertising management system capable of handling all types of Internet advertisements along with direct advertiser control and reporting. Mindshare Advantage combines the best of local ad management and centralized systems by providing web publishers with a powerful, flexible and affordable solution. WavePhore, Inc., a recognized leader in data broadcasting, also announced today that their newly unveiled WavePhore Digital Broadcast Suite will include Mindshare Advantage, Enterprise version. Advantage Enterprise, the company's flagship product, has been enhanced to manage cached and offline advertising activity in a broadly distributed operating environment.

The WavePhore Digital Broadcast Suite is a set of applications which give broadcasters a cost-effective end-to-end solution for sending Internet data over analog and digital broadcast systems. The suite includes tools to produce, schedule, manage, broadcast, receive and display digital content for distribution via VBI, digital TV, or IP multicast. Using the combined products from Mindshare Media and WavePhore, broadcasters will be able to configure their own, localized content with national and local advertising in addition to offering WaveTop's turnkey data service. Mindshare Advantage's open architecture also enables easy development of targeting plug-ins, which can segment ads by the broadcaster's content and database profiles.
