Mark, It would be interesting to see what FiNet has done since the 10QSB was filed, to see if the current management (new since October of last year) is making impact. Suffice to say that Rawitch has mismanaged the company in the past. I appreciate the stickler to details and your thorough interpretation of them. Share dilution was an unexpected (and somewhat unpleasant surprise) when I went through the 10QSB not too long ago. My interpretation is that the company needs capital so badly that shareholder interest had to take a back seat. It may be of interest to others in the thread for you to share with us some insights about your experiences as a former market maker. With a ~23% hit in stock price today, I don't think FNHC escaped the wrath of today's NASDAQ correction...
