Humbly report, TLC, I think I can speak for Bill here, and say categorically that it is ludicrous to think Business Wire has any responsibility for the accuracy of the content of that press release.

I mean, common, if they did, there'd be a BOATLOAD of lawsuits headed their way, by those shareholders burn to a crisp by any and all REAL bogus press releases.

Just in case you don't believe me, check out the Business Wire copyright copy:

businesswire.com

Case closed.

Oh, they DO have a problem with the content of the Webnode release? They ARE threatening sue?

OK. Bring it on, SI has more people that lost money because of bogus press releases than any other place I can think of, right off the top of my head.

If they DO sue, I'm ready to start an SI thread that goes something like this:

Burned by press releases distributed by Business Wire? Wanna sue?

How long you figure before that hits the #1 spot on the SI Hot list, and how long do you think it'll stay there?

Cheers,

Svejk
