Hi Alex, In today's mail I just got a letter from Keefe Managers, Inc. explaining their proposal that SPFB be put up for sale. As a long time shareholder and customer of the bank I have mixed feelings. As a customer, I know that I'd like to see them stay independent. As a stockholder, maybe it is time to sell. Anyone else out there owning SPBC stock? CL
