This information has been taken out of a phonie proforma document circulating last April, verbatim. (1998) There was nothing there then and suggest nothing now. Probably worth telephoning the Ministry of Mines or US Embassy in Tana, Madagascar to verify. One of these Companies is owned by one Dror Moradov, the same person who is under investigation. HMMMMMMM. What strange bedfellows we keep.
