Of course, that's not what I'm talking about. And as someone who has actually used both systems in a real life application development situation, I know for a fact that windows is completely brittle.

Its interesting that your responses ignore the facts I point out: such as Microsoft releases new apis to do the same thing every frew years creating a huge mass of incompatible apis, most of which dont do what you really need them to do and are poorly documented.

On the mac tha APIs are high level and new features can be added- like quicktime streaming- without having to rewrite your applicastion (a quicktime movie player in this case)

If you were presenting a consistent and logical arguement, I could agree to disagree. Instead what we get from you is a constant lashing out against the legitimate illumination of microsofts illegal practices.

Yet you concede they are unethical and claim everyone else is too.

Uh huh.
