A interesting article : techweb.com on Tech Web. It suggests that Rockwell is holding 70% of central-office modem pools while USRX holds only 12%.

The most important is that Motorola said that USRX's x2 technology is premature and is not for the most interest of end users.

It may be why BOCI moves up.
