Hi Tom, You may want to post one of your Salsa dishes to get the juices flowing. I have made three annual trips to Mexico (have visited on and off all my life), have never really seen anything that I wanted to invest in. Maybe the guy that distributes the Machine Guns or the guy that imports the Bottled Water (both I believe are American). Keith
