Steve, thanks for reply. What is FUD? Please walk me through the ATM/Frame relay differences. I think ATM is more flexible for growing bandwidth, but frame relay is more cost effective without scalability. So if I am an ISP, why would I choose one technology over the other? (too much info. in the links. please respond with text if possible. if you must use outside info, paste it in.). No I don't own FORE. Explain why fore would go out of business because of a low ROE. ROE doesn't mean @#$ as long as they keep earning money, right? I might buy FORE if it dropped to about 22$. -Will
