suggest you look at 10K's for ATEL,CAI, PCTV, WIRL for LOS HH info.

also MDS 1&2 at 2150-2162 are key upstream channels and as original
2 channels were licensed by application in early 70's in major markets. Interleaved ITFS A&B blocks with G and 3 OFS H channels are
another way to achieve seperation between upstram and downstream but
clumsier when MDS 1&2 are available.
