I had a change to speak to Larry Kyle today regrading the Delphi order. Kyle is the cfo of the company. He said Delphi was quite anxious to get the joint venture going and basically told GLE that they will work out the details later. Kyle could not tell me when the final details will be hammered out but he said they are working on them now. He concurred with the view that GLE got some money from Delphi already but he could not disclose the amount. I asked him if Delphi got rights to all the applications for SOFC and he replied no, just for auto uses.I then asked him if GLE expects to enter other joint ventures regarding the application of SOFC for remote power applications and he said that they are dilligently pursuing them. Finally, he told me that sprott secruities and a few other houses have expressed serious interest in the company and I think this explains the accumulations. Sprott was a big buyer of shares at the 5.50 level in the prior run up. Sprott doesnt buy at 5.50 to sell at 8 or 9. They are extremely astute. For example they werre buying RIM at 5 and 6(now 15 and as high as 19) and Direct focus(formerly bowflex) at 1.50 now 32 dollars. I hesitate to predict when GLe will begin its next leg up but I do feel that 20 dollars is doable within a week or two.

Regarding the share price
