In defense of CAGI you stated, "This company has solid management and earnings..." Are you new here?? Management's decisions are being questioned right now by the SEC. We hope that it is minor, but what if it's not? I have been supportive of how CAGI's management is putting together their company, BUT their reaction to the SEC questions has given me a great deal of doubt...and obviously from the price I am not alone. And earnings. As far as I know we have no idea how CAGI has done. It has been 9 months, or more, since we saw any figures. They have used many excuses to put it off, why?? With all the problems and questions about earnings why haven't they told us something about MAVIS sales...are there any? Looks like they would be releasing all the information they had that was positive. BUT, most important they should be giving us an accounting, in as clear as language as possible, what is going on between them and the SEC.
