As a SBIC, WCAP does not incur any long term capital gains taxes.

TJ, I believe this is untrue.

but I cannot get to the $1.50 loss.

The company will continue to use a 30% discount for both unrealized gains and losses. Once gains/losses are realized, taxes will be paid. Please reread my post this morning to see the $1.50 loss.

Regards,

Tom
