I'm with you Mike. I'm a professional programmer, and I revel in the chance to pound on MS. When someone in management asks me why something in a Microsoft product doesn't work, my standard reply is:

"Oh, the programmers were still out on a break between classses, so this part of the system was handled by the pre-schoolers who had already finished their nap".
