One way to have stopped Milosevic's Military police from murdering, raping and looting, was a huge show of force and a ground war. NATO tried to back the Serbs down thru an air attack. Again, what were the alternatives? You call NATO's efforts an absolute fiasco. Obviously you have knowledge of another military strategy. How would you have attempted to save the Kosovo Albanians? I'm going to even allow you to use hindsight, since you already know that Slob Milosevic and Dog Face, his wife, would rather see Yugoslavia destroyed than to temper their racial hatred towards the Kosovos.
