Steve, TOM is non promotional and tight lipped until something happens, all Andrew could say was that negotiations were close to the end of negotiations. Feel free to call Andrew at 905-470-2282, he is more than willing to talk to shareholders.

I've bought TOM at the top and close to the bottom, averaging down. I had some confidence in the company as it was financially sound and was executing a thought out business plan. If the company was debt ridden I would have exited. Sometimes (maybe most of the times) a declining share price raises doubt and fear.
