I agree! Usually I can "see" my own trades at Canada StockWatch and so I don't need to rely on InvestorLine to confirm. When a stock is very busy (moving fast with large volume), and I can't definitely recognize a Nesbitt trade as mine, I will phone for the confirmation. At least phoning in for confirmations, unlike phoning in orders, does not cost extra. So ... I do "tolerate" the sometimes crappy service (best of a bad bunch in my opinion), but I DO AGREE -- it does not add to the fun of trading.
