A seriously savvy TA guru called this situation to a T last week. He did not think it would start until Wednesday. He called this an intermediate term reversal and his words to me when I called him at 5EST were "ITS OVER". He may have been overreacting but he did say he would be selling into any rally. After he pours over the material tonight, he may feel differently but he sure did not feel like a true recovery was in sight earlier. The signs he pointed to last week were the booming DOW, the lagging S&P's, the weak OTC, and the little stocks catching fire. You have to admit that last week set an all time record for "OH MY GOD, LOOK AT THAT ONE GO!".
One thing is for sure, when this guy calls a long and Anthony calls it at the same time it smokes. LWIN was given to me by him about 3 days prior to Anthony's call. I missed it and then Anthony called it and I missed it again. DUMB, DUMB, DUMB. I cannot complain because last week was good and I brought a lot of the money home. I am long ELOT but he gave me that one at 4 and I am now playing with house money. Anyway, does any other TA have a counter to this rather dismal view. I need to be able to sleep tonight.
