My my... stir the pot and finally get a response. A couple quick points if I may;

First, I am doing my homework (or trying). I have reviewed almost all previous posts and have found only vague references to the lawsuit. Certainly nothing with any detail. I have also called the company and have not yet received enough info to understand anything. This subject may be stale to some, but when almost all current press releases refer directly to this lawsuit, I believe my questins are relevent and appropriate.(so shoot me) And finally, TO ALL - NO OFFENSE WAS INTENDED!!! I'm basically just fishing, with little sucess I might add. However, you all have answered a few questions. THANKS.

I now return this station to it's regularly scheduled ra-ra session already in progress. (just kidding Jape...chill)
