So, do you just sit on your hands and show NATO to be all bark and no bite, and let the Kosovos get slaughtered, or do you try to save them with a powerful Air offense. The Serbs had been brutalizing the Kosovos for 10 years. No matter what NATO did, there was no way to stop Mad Dog Milosevic and Dog Face, his wife, from carrying out their plans of racial hatred against the Kosovos.
